When I found out my daughter had a soy allergy, I had NO IDEA how many foods had soy in them. Turns out, most cooking sprays do too! My husband and I searched for awhile to find one that wasn’t crazy expensive but also was soy-free, and we finally found it!
Target carries it: Simply Balanced Organic 100% Canola Oil Cooking Spray. They also have an olive oil version, and both are fairly priced. And they work great!
