To all the allergy parents:
Hi there! My name is Tiffany, and I’m that allergy mama. If you’re here, I’m guessing you’re also an allergy parent. And I know how overwhelming that can be.
When I found out my daughter was allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, and sesame, I panicked. How on earth was I supposed to feed her? And how on earth was I supposed to eat as a breast feeding mom who was already gluten intolerant? Whenever it was time to eat, I felt a surge of anxiety.
And that’s why I started this blog: to take the anxiety out of mealtimes.
I’ve slowly been finding recipes, products, tips and tricks for feeding an allergy baby, and I want to share them with you. I also want to create a space where you can share your findings as well.
Hopefully this blog will help you feel like you can breathe again when mealtime rolls around.
XOXO,
Tiffany

The Epipen Incident
Becoming Allergy Parents: Part 2. Her whole face got puffy and her eye started swelling up. “Maybe some humus got in her eye,” my mom said, so I brought her upstairs and jumped in the shower with her. And then she stopped crying…because she started having trouble breathing. It was so scary that it felt…
Meal Time Panic + Why This Blog
Becoming Allergy Parents: Part 3. Slowly my daughter improved. But I kept panicking. The stress was non-stop. Every time a meal rolled around, I would panic again. It seemed that dairy, soy, sesame and nuts were in literally everything!
