When I found out my daughter has a soy allergy, I had NO IDEA how many foods have soy in them. Turns out, most cooking sprays do too! My husband and I searched for awhile to find one that wasn't crazy expensive but also was soy-free, and we finally found it!
I need breakfast to be quick and easy. But I also need breakfast to be dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free and nut-free (other than coconut). Phew!! Talk about asking a lot! So here are 8 quick and easy breakfast ideas that the whole family can enjoy - including those with food allergies.
Crackers are a toddler staple, but it was so hard to find ones my daughter could eat, due to all her food allergies! Thankfully, we finally found five great crackers that I want to share with you.
