There are lots of "whole foods" you can eat that are naturally gluten free, like potatoes, rice, beans, vegetables, meats, etc. But sometimes you just need to pull out something already made and ready to go. So I figured I would share a few of my favorite pre-made gluten free options.

Hey, allergy parents! My name is Tiffany, and when I found out my 11-month-old daughter was allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy and sesame, meal times took on a whole new level of anxiety.
